Here at Providence Baptist Church we seek to minister to everyone, both those in the church and the ones outside of it. Below you will find just a few of the ways we do that!
Senior Adults Ministry:
Our Seniors are an integral part of our church. We host a Senior Bible Study group on Wednesdays at 11am in our Fellowship Hall that is taught by our Pastor. We also have trips, meals, and many other fun ways to fellowship!
Childrens’ Ministry (Birth – 5th Grade):
Babies are loved and nurtured during every service, in our nursery(ages 0-1), so parents can be fully focused on the activities they are a part of
Toddlers-Prek have their own special meeting place filled with creative time, a snack, songs, and a Bible lesson during worship services
K-5 get the exciting opportunity to either be in main church worship services, or they can join our Children’s Worship where they play relevant games, get to know one another, and learn more about God!
Many other events and programs are hosted throughout the year to minister to our children and to teach them to minister.
Student Ministry (6th-12th Grade)
Our Student Ministry meets on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm and enjoys a time of fellowship, games, and a timely Bible lesson, relevant to everyday living. Monthly activities are planned along with a week-long Summer Camp.
We have a blend of music, seeking to teach the foundations of the faith through both hymns and newer, contemporary music. Our focus is not on what we sing, but why! You can join in that effort in congregational singing, choir, or as a part of our praise team.
Sunday School Ministry
At Providence, one of the greatest ways to get to know one another and to learn God’s Word on a more personal level is Sunday School, which takes place on Sundays at 10am. We have a class from the Cradle all the way up to 99 year old! Our classes for adults are loosely organized around age groups, but more than that, we strive for you to have a place where you feel like you belong.
